Memorandum of Agreement
(Contract)

All KSU maintenance and service employees, except supervisors, work under the Memorandum of Agreement collectively bargained between KSU Local 6400 and Kansas State University. The contract is opened fully for bargaining every 3 years, and is opened for wages every year. Contract negotiations require input and support from ALL employees.
